Day 6 - 30 Day Journal Challenge

I'm feeling refreshed and ready to go! I stayed up till 4 and then woke up at 7 for what I thought would be a showing appointment at 9. It wasn't until 10:30 so I went back to sleep and cut it way too close for comfort when meeting a new client. We had 5 houses to see, but only got around to 2 because her coworker was critiquing them and deciding which were worth it. The final one we saw was perfect, she loved it and I might have secured my first deal despite what began as a rocky start of an appointment. It made me more confident in my knowledge as a realtor. I decided today when I secure my first closing/move in I will get my tragus pierced!! AH. :) So adorbs, a little stud. It's gonna be wonderful. Random, sorry. Back to the point of the post.

Day 6 was like a stress relief, like burdens lifting from my shoulders, helping me see what I'm yearning for.

Journal Prompt Number 6: It's time... It's definitely time to do something. It may be a new season for you in your life, or a time to make some goals, or it may just be time to relax (because it's Saturday right?). Draw something that represents the word time and then make a list of things that you need to do at this time in your life, or day, or week :)

I never use alarm clocks, but I felt like it showed how important it is to accomplish these things now, just like an alarm clock says WAKE UP NOW. It's like WAKE UP AND CHANGE, get your shit together. :) So I am. Right in the center it says let go, so today I will. You've made me excessively harder to do so with the hurtful words and rude comments; the immaturity TRULY astounds me. Oh well, I guess it's just time to walk away and grow. 

I'm excited for the new/old friendships blooming at this time. I'm finally rekindling a sisterhood I've missed for SO long. It is possible to have a best friend who also loves your boyfriend. It really is and that's how it should be. You respect each other because you have one important person in common. I'm so very happy to put this behind me. It's going to be wonderful to start new. I'm also absolutely loving this blog. It's like a new outlet, brighter than the one before. 

In other news, tonight will be spent seeing Despicable Me and I'm SO SO stoked for that movie and for date night. I haven't gotten out in forever. I'm looking forward to a day of relaxing and baking tomorrow for my boy.
